The birth of a child is a celebration for the family. For us in the Parish community our welcome to that child is with the celebration of the sacrament of baptism. This is the beginning of their faith life in the Christian community.

It is our tradition to offer First Holy Communion (Eucharist) to children of Year 3 (7-8-year-olds). Our aim is to gather the parents and help them to share their faith with their children. Confirmation preparation is offered to young people in Year 9 (13-14-year-olds).

On Saturday, 4 July Paul Leonard was ordained to the priesthood by Bishop Crispian Hollis at St. Edmund's Church.
